Dibcon - Identifying Hazards in the Workplace

Dibcon will regularly consult with employees and sub-contractors to identify potential hazards. Regular inspections of the workplace will be undertaken in areas such as, but not restricted to:
  • Work environment

  • Work being conducted

  • Chemicals, Plant and Equipment being used
Dibcon Pty Ltd also needs to ensure that all employees and sub-contractors are complying with procedures that have been put into place as well as investigate any incidents that occur.

These investigations are required to identify and address any hazards in order to prevent further injuries.

Employees and sub-contractors must always report:
  • Any faulty equipment and prevent the use thereof

  • All incidents, injuries and potential risks regardless of how trivial

  • Any work practices to be unsafe
